has been named President of Vaco – a leading provider of staffing services spanning finance, IT and other sectors – while Sid Mitchener and Kyle Allen have been promoted to the newly created positions of Executive Vice President of Strategy and Operations and Executive Vice President of Sales and Recruiting, respectively.
With close to two decades of experience at Vaco under his belt, Witt joins the company’s helm having built up a distinguished history of leadership within the organization; most recently as Chief Operating Officer. Mitchener’s journey with Vaco began in 2004 as a Managing Partner in their Raleigh, North Carolina office and has seen him ascend the ranks up to his recent position of Senior Vice President and Executive Partner. Allen, who joined in 2012 from his roles as Auditor at Ernst & Young and Managing Director of Executive Recruiting at Crowe Horwath, was made an anchor partner of the Vaco Nashville office in 2016 and Senior Vice President and Executive Partner in 2021.
With offices across the US, Vaco is now led by two seasoned industry professionals and an executive with decades of experience working at the company.
