What is a Verification Specialist?

Verification specialists are responsible for ensuring that products, services, or information meet certain standards. They commonly work with companies that supply raw materials to other businesses, and their job is to ensure that these materials meet the quality requirements of their clients.



On-site position 
Temp to Hire Position
Monday- Friday: 4:00PM – 12:30AM

When you start, we train you:

  •  It’s a combination of “classroom” & “on the job” training that is typically 4 weeks long but duration can vary
  •  Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm with a lunch break
  •  Upon completion of class room training you will receive your regular shift & start working those hours


Primary Job Responsibilities:

  •  The role will be hybrid Customer Service Representative
  • Verify all patients insurance, who have up coming appointments the following week
  • This will require reviewing of patient information and referring to insurance provider websites for plan benefits
  • Provide confirmation of participating providers in the network
  • Keep managers informed of any issues that may require their attention in order to avoid or resolve an existing problem
  • Respond to general inquiries from members and providers. Redirect callers when necessary
  • Follow up until completion on all issues that are not resolved on the initial contact, keep parties updated on steps and actions taken
  • Service the maximum number of callers in the quickest and most efficient way without sacrificing the quality of the service



  •   Ideal candidates are positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and computer savvy
  • Apply knowledge, experience, common sense, and critical thinking to all issues being dealt with
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Computer literate and can quickly navigate in a windows PC environment
  • Able to type at least 30 WPM including numbers
