After 17 years at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), Subadhra Sriram, editor & publisher of media products, is opening up a new chapter of her life in order to pursue new challenges. However, in a recent article for Staffing Industry Review, she reflected on how far the staffing industry has come since her time with SIA.
Sriram notes that the industry has certainly seen its share of changes, but was very moved by the way it rose up to the challenge of the Covid fallout. From the advent of remote work and hybrid models, to the new world of work, asynchronous collaboration, and the drive toward DE&I, the industry has been able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing landscape caused by the pandemic.
Ultimately, while Sriram will be sad to leave SIA, she is very excited to tackle new opportunities as she looks forward to a future in the staffing industry.
