Leslie Stroope, an executive with 20 years of experience, has been named Chief Financial Officer at Cielo, an RPO provider based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Prior to joining Cielo, Stroope served as VP of Finance, Sales, and Operations CFO at EmployBridge.
Bill Boutwell, with over 25 years of experience in the workforce solutions industry, has been appointed CEO at Hueman People Solutions, an RPO provider based in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to Hueman, Boutwell served as Founding Member and President of Hueman, as well as Chief Operating Officer at Professional Placement Resources. Boutwell is also a US Marine Corps veteran. He takes over from former CEO and founder Dwight Cooper, who has transitioned to Executive Chairman of Hueman’s board.
