an independent board member and veteran of the workforce solutions industry, has been selected as the new CEO of Magnit, the provider of VMS and MSP. Carroll had a 27-year career at Kelly Services Inc., and has held the role of executive VP, president of global talent solutions, and general manager of sales, marketing, and HR. Her success in the industry led to her induction into the Staffing 100 Hall of Fame in 2020.
During the pandemic, Carroll served as president of Oasis, a Paychex Company, working to integrate several companies into the Oasis brand. She joined Magnit’s board in September 2021 and is prepared to take on the new role with enthusiasm.
Mason Slaine, the chairperson of Magnit, thanked the previous CEO, Kevin Akeroyd, for his leadership during the years and welcomed Carroll to the CEO role. He added that her deep expertise in workforce management will ensure that customers continue to receive the same leading services and solutions they have grown accustomed to.
