Are you curious to find out how VMS technology is used by suppliers around the world? This year, SIA launched the VMS Global Landscape Supplier Survey to get answers. With the help of participating VMS platforms, we invited suppliers to weigh in on how they interact with VMS technology.
SIA received 51 completed surveys—13 from MSPs and 38 from suppliers—each detailing their experience with VMS technology. The survey asked 9 questions, focusing on common tasks that suppliers conduct as part of their everyday utilization of VMS technology. For the report to provide meaningful results, at least three completed surveys were required from each participating VMS. This requirement was met by a total of 11 out of 15 VMS platforms.
