Today, BGSF Inc. (NYSE: BGSF) announced the exciting addition of Arroyo Consulting to their staffing firm based in Plano, Texas. Arroyo Consulting, a Nashville-based IT staffing and solutions firm with revenues of approximately $16.2 million in fiscal year 2022, will provide BGSF with software development and IT consulting services and solutions outside of the US.
The acquisition of Arroyo strengthens BGSF’s presence in Latin America and India by adding nearshore and offshore software development locations in Colombia and India and increasing the recruitment and retention of IT talent with more than 300 skilled professionals.
