Exciting news in the world of talent management – True, a global platform of products and services based in Haddonfield, New Jersey, has acquired Jopwell. Founded in 2014, Jopwell is a New York-based hiring platform that connects Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals with employers looking to diversify their workforces.

The True platform, founded in 2012, consists of four business units. Executive search provider True Search; advisory, interim and fractional executive placement platform, TrueBridge; talent CRM software Thrive; and leadership assessment and development tools provider, Synthesis, are all included in this platform, as well as the newly acquired Jopwell.
