Mexico increased vacation entitlements and Peru introduced the Telework Law, with employers having until 27 April 2023 to review and update policies and procedures to comply with the new regulations. Employers will need to review contracts, update worker rights and ensure the provision of appropriate instruction and training to ensure compliance with the law.
