Imagine Staffing is getting even bigger! The Buffalo-based staffing provider announced the acquisition of Mary Kraft HR, a staffing provider based in Baltimore, Maryland.
Brian Manley, president of Imaging Staffing, said that growing and scaling their business nationwide was a top priority and this strategic acquisition is a major milestone. Mary Kraft HR has been around since 1989 and has employees spread over 15 states, with a delivery office in Duluth, Minnesota.
The Imagine Group, the venture formed from the acquisition, includes brands Imagine Staffing, CryptoPeople, Imagine-360 and Mary Kraft HR.
Lisa Benson, president and CEO of Mary Kraft HR, expressed her excitement about the acquisition saying she knows Imagine Staffing is not just focused on staffing but also the local community. The terms of the transaction were not announced but the deal was concluded on April 1.
