Starting next month, employers in the US and UK will be able to take advantage of Indeed’s two new pricing models: pay-per-application and pay-per-started application. With these models, employers will only be charged when a qualifying candidate applies for the job. This way, employers can be confident that they’re receiving quality and relevant applications for each job post. The pay-per-application model charges employers when they receive a completed application and the pay-per-started model charges when a job seeker hits the “apply” button and begins the application process. Indeed’s research also indicates that most employers prefer these options, as they only pay when they receive quality candidates from an online job site. Later this year, these pricing models will be available to employers in other parts of the world.
