Are compliance issues keeping you up at night? Our recent survey of global staffing companies highlights the most pressing compliance concerns and which markets are the most challenging.

Data privacy/AI was the most-cited concern across all regions surveyed, followed by wage and hour/working time compliance and health and safety claims/workers’ compensation for North America, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and background checks for the United Kingdom, and co-employment/joint liability risk mitigation for Europe. In Australia, data privacy/AI and wage and hour/working time compliance were the top concerns.

Interestingly, California is still considered to have an aggressive regulatory environment, making it the most challenging market in the United States.
