Riviera Partners is excited to announce its acquisition of executive search firm Build Talent and the addition of two renowned founders, Brian Bocchino and Jose Guardado, to their team. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles respectively, both Brian and Jose will be reporting to Riviera Managing Partner Eoin O’Toole.

Jose and Brian have a wealth of experience in this field and had most recently founded Build Talent in 2020. Beforehand, Jose had worked as a talent partner at a16z and Y-Combinator, while Brian had served as director of recruiting at Freenome.
